PrizmBet is an analytics tool, not a sportsbook. We do not accept or place wagers, hold funds, or pay out on any outcome. If you are looking for help with a bet placed somewhere else, we are not the right people — contact that operator directly.
A Sport Pass is $9.99 a month and covers one sport, including every league inside it — a Soccer pass covers MLS, La Liga and the Premier League together. It also includes 25 NEO questions per calendar month.
A Day Pass is $4.99 and unlocks one game, or one horse track for that racing day, for 24 hours. It does not include NEO and does not renew.
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose PrizmBet and cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date or the next month is charged. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling in the App Store is the only way to stop billing. Deleting your PrizmBet account does not do it.
First, tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen — that re-checks your Apple Account and is the fix in most cases, especially on a new device or after reinstalling.
A Day Pass can take a few seconds longer than a subscription, because it is recorded against the specific game or track you chose. If it still hasn’t appeared after a minute, close and reopen the app. If it hasn’t appeared after that, email us with the date and the game or track and we will sort it out.
Refunds for anything bought in the app are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the reason is something we got wrong, tell us as well — we would rather know.
Tap Forgot your password on the sign-in screen. We email you a code; enter it and set a new password. Codes expire, so if one has gone stale just request another.
Check spam first — mail from auth@prizm.bet occasionally lands there the first
time. If it is not there after a few minutes, request a new code rather than waiting on the old one,
and if that fails write to us and we will confirm the address on file.
Go to prizm.bet/delete-account, or Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that separately first, or billing continues.
No, and we would not trust anyone who said otherwise. PrizmBet quantifies factors that historically move outcomes and shows you the reasoning so you can judge it yourself. It is information, not advice, and no model is right every time.
Because the inputs do. Lineups post, a pitcher is scratched, weather turns, a jockey changes. The model re-runs as real information arrives rather than freezing a number in the morning and pretending nothing happened since.
Tell us. Include the sport, the matchup and the date. Genuine data errors get fixed, and knowing where the model looks silly is how it gets better.
