PrizmBet is operated by Prizm Bet, Inc. (“PrizmBet,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the PrizmBet mobile application and the prizm.bet website collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We have written this policy to describe what our app actually does. If a category of data is not listed here, we do not collect it.

We do not use your personal information to train machine-learning models. Our sports models are trained on sports data — games, players, results and odds — not on user data.
We share the minimum necessary information with the following providers, each of which is contractually required to protect it and to use it only to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app:
This immediately and permanently deletes your account record and the personal data associated with it, including your email address, display name, usage history and any profile information. Deletion is not reversible and does not require you to contact us.
Deletion normally completes within a few seconds. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion at prizm.bet/delete-account or by emailing privacy@prizm.bet. We will verify your identity by the email address on the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you have an active subscription purchased through Apple or Google, deleting your PrizmBet account does not cancel that subscription — billing continues through the app store until you cancel it there. You can manage it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
To exercise any right, email privacy@prizm.bet. We will respond within 45 days. We verify requests using the email address associated with your account.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and are never stored or visible in readable form — not even to us. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator within the timeframes the law requires.
PrizmBet is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@prizm.bet and we will delete it.
PrizmBet is operated from the United States, is offered to users in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States.
If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change significantly affects your rights, notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
