Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PrizmBet account and all associated data at any time.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes a few seconds. It does not require contacting us.

Open the PrizmBet app.
Go to the Account tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

Account → Delete Account

This cannot be undone. Your account and its data are permanently removed. You will need to create a new account if you want to use PrizmBet again.

If you can’t access the app

Email privacy@prizm.bet from the email address on your account, with the subject line Delete my account. We verify the request using that address and complete deletion within 30 days. We’ll email you to confirm when it’s done.

If you have a paid subscription

Subscriptions, where offered, are billed by Apple or Google, not by PrizmBet. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings first, or billing will continue.

Removing yourself from the launch email list

If you only joined the notification list on this website and never created an account, email privacy@prizm.bet and we will remove your address. There is no account to delete in that case.
